Feel guilty - hobby taking too much priority

teach the kids about it, bring them in.

once your research has run it's course you probably won't spend more then 2 hours a week overall on the tank.

 

You'll understand it if you land in one of those jobs that has you sitting at an internet-enabled computer for 8 hours a day, doing either work that's somewhat easy and has a decent number of breaks (like a secretary), or work that can get frustrating quickly and doesn't involve direct customer interaction most of the time (programmer? lol).

 

lol. We don't watch too much TV. Yeah Dad is kind of interested in aquarium stuff & the whole idea of having a reef tank. He just doesn't really seem want to "do" the work/time put into it. Maybe this will change though.

 

It's the same exact way over here. Everyone loves the tank, but no one other than me is willing to do anything to help with it. Not even wipe down the glass occasionally with some water.

 

I once felt guilty about using work time for 3 reef, but I got over it.

i feel guilty when im at school in the back of the room on 3reef, but u alwasy get over it. thank good they made the internet on cellphones.
