Thanks cuttingras, aquaboy, and R34dawn. Went to the LFS today and came back with three of my first ever SPS corals. All three of them are frags. Here are some pictures of them. Enjoy

Some kind of encrusting Montipora coral

And lastly some kind of SPS coral, with really long polyp extension

Has anyone ever used the RSM Calcium Pro Tester? I just finished testing for calcium but misplaced the sheet that tells you how high your calcium is. If anyone has it please tell me the level of calcium if the solution turned the end blue color after the first whole 0.8ml of reagent C.

Thanks Horton. Went to the LFS today again and picked up a conch, 5 hermits, orange rics, and purple mushrooms. Here are some pictures of it.

The conch, hes already out and seems like hes eating diatoms on my sand.

    Five of these Hawaiian hermits.

You cant really see it, but their legs are white and black stripes.

The purple mushrooms, all really nice except for the algae.

And the orange ricordea. They sold it to me as one head, but once I got home there was actually another head, just not as big and colorful yet.

Also an update on the Cherub angel. Shes acclimated really well to the tank. She is still kind of skittish but when it comes feeding time she will be out munching down like a pig. Here are some decent pictures of her, she is too quick for me!

And the Yashia doing really well. Eats like a pig also. Shes coming out a lot more than before but I still havent seen how big the Candy Pistol is now.

    Enjoy!

Thanks IndianOutlaw and Nemo. My rocks are all stacked naturally. The big piece that extends all the way to the top on the far left is actually one really big piece. From the platform to the end of the left island are all separate pieces of live rock.

Hey I've noticed that we're about the same age! Its good to see another person thats the same age thats into fish
