    oh im so in on this! ive wanted to be involved in a fantasy league for two years, and most of my friends are bums and wont do it.

    im signing my team up now!

    @reefmonkey: is it a autodraft on the 1st, or do we have the ability to draft ourselves on the 1st too?

    It's just auto but you can take the time to rank your prospects and increase the chance you'll draft them.
    I've only been in on one live draft and I'll never do it again. There was no time limit on picks and jokers were taking up to 30 minutes. Total time wasted = around 10 hours.

    WOW! ive never taken part in a draft, so i wouldnt know. that would suck to waste 10 hours of a day on a NFL draft....

    It's usually like an hour long process at the most or so I've heard. I usually have good success getting most of who I want by ranking them.

    Give the drafting team 1 or 2 minutes max to make their choice or it goes auto draft. Yes, with 16 teams it will take a while, but not 10 hours;) We did live draft last season in 3reef .

    I have yet to do any auto draft FFL, and I would rather it not be autodraft. Things can change when people choose players ahead of you.

    If we have the draft on say a day or 2 before the first reg season game which is the DEFENDING SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS Green Bay on Sept 8th:) then we can make sure that nobody on the draft list is hurt and such. I also don't fully agree with the rankings that NFL com has for players from what I saw. Any chance of making it a live draft? Since I have never done a auto draft, I am a bit cautious over letting the computer do the work.

    I like most of the scoring rules the way our league is now. It gives nice points for punt and kick returns, among other things. Also points for loss of yards too and many other cool ways to get points.

    Also is there any chance of mixing up the divisions we are in?


    I need to download my android app for nfl FFL.

    post-autodraft, we have the option to trade right? so if we get stuck with people we dislike, we can attempt to trade?

    It's something we can decide on when the league fills. I don't have a problem with it as long as there are limits that can be set on pick times.
    The divisions are set up to snake on registration. If you want out of a division I can look into moving you.
    The scoring is very liberal, I tried to set it up as kooky as possible without going crazy. I like seeing scores of 100+ points.
    Trades, adds/drops and deadlines will be decided by vote by all owners.

    So with that I guess if anyone else feels as strongly as horkn about the live vs. auto draft we begin discussing it now.
