Fighting conch

Just a quick update, he has moved but burried him self again. Water parameters are
Amm 0
Trites 0
Trates 0
Calcium 420
Ph 8.2
SG 1.025

 

You're over thinking this. Trust me. I've have 4 conches in my tank for a year now. After about two months I stopped seeing them. I was digging through the sand a few days ago for something and found one. I figured it was an empty shell. I dropped it in front of the rank and decided if it was there in the morning I'd throw the shell in the sump. Come morning it was gone. I then saw it two days later looking around the sandbed. Mine disappear for weeks on end. It's ok...
