    I'm gonna say it wasn't the acclimation, but it most definitely could have been a factor. Most damsels could live in a mud puddle. If your clownfish are together they could have easily messed him up. My clownfish own my damsel. He could have been sick, but as suggested to avoid this in the future, acclimate longer and I've found that turning off a few powerheads when adding a new addition helps as well.

    Got a new fish today, a Blue Devil Fish. Acclimated him for an hour this time.

    Seems happy so far, he's even eating. Only put him in about an hour or so ago.
