Does anyone have any experience with this bulb? Know what the temperature is? Looking into getting one potentially. Thanks

Aqualung had good things to say on this bulb - he could probably give you some insight.

When I get a larger tank, I may use a Fiji purple bulb, they sound good.

I use the UVL 75/25 bulbs which is similar to those and I have to say it gives the tank sort of a purplish color. Not deep like using actinics alone but sort of a light purple color. Just got them yesterday so can't really say if they are beneficial or not.

The Fiji Purple is a nice bulb. It puts out about 330 in Par. It has a blue and red spectrum. It's not a stand alone bulb, and should be used with three other bulbs. It will bring out blue, red, orange, and purple colors in your tank. My pink birdsnest loves this bulb.

Go to Reefgeek.com they start at 27.99
