Filling out Information Form

    We are asked to fill out the information form when we have a problem so that others can help us - it's important and it's a lot of information to fill out ;)

    Many of the questions do not change over time. What I have done is copied it onto a Word document, answered most of the questions & saved it. If I have a problem, I only have to answer a few questions. (I can also do a "save as" & I will always have the info in case there is a pattern).
