    Hi Mike

your water testing and the condition of your fish would be the best judge of your filtration capacity IME

IMO - if the fish are happy and healthy - you are fine
problems might occur if you increased the tanks stocking capacity beyond the filters ability to provide enough real estate for the bacteria you need to process the wastes
coupled with enough turnover to continue bringing those waste into the filter as quickly as they can be produced

if the filter media are cleaned and rinsed at water change time to remove the detrius that accumulates in them , thus your nitrate level stays manageable

your filtration seems adequate to me Mike - if you have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and with those fish - less than 60 ppm Nitrate and lower is even better naturally.
