Okay i dont remember when i got my last water test. But it was either last week or 2 weeks ago. And that last water tests were...

    Amonia: 0
    Nitrate:20
    Nitrite:.5
    Ph:8.3

And today i went to lfs and got another water tests, and it turned out as

    Amonia: 0
    Nitrate: 15
    Nitrite:0
    Ph:8.3

The guy in the lfs said I should be done with cycle process, but still should give it a week or 2 before adding anymore fish in it. I currently have 1 clown and 1 damsel with 1 snail and 1 hermit.
What do you guys I should suppose do now? A water change? or just wait?

Just wait. Patience is always best with saltwater, and 15ppm of nitrate isn't bad at all for a FOWLR with damsels, those are hardy fish.

So you wanna put more fish in there? I reckon if you need to ask the question
    "is my cycle done?"
Then your cycle isnt done. You'll know when its done, you can sense it lol. Just chill until all your tests are returning a 0 result and the stock you have at the moment is perfectly comfortable.

not sure, ive never cycled with fish. A change wouldnt hurt, not sure if it'll get your nitrates all the way down though if thats what your looking for. Seems to be treating the symptom, not the problem.
I would leave it be, if the fish are healthy, algae is under control, and tap water wasn't used, then I cant see a reason for it just yet.
Need someone with more XP to comment though.

As long as you want. I would give it at least a few weeks, just keep monitoring your nitrates. There's no rush. You don't want to fully stock it right away and have nothing left to do lol.
