    We just had an offer on a silent auction for a home accepted today!!! This place is more than twice as big as the house were in, built 4 years ago (opposed to our current 1981 build date) and the mortgage payments are going to be exactly half what they were in the old house! of course my credit is going to take a hit with the short sale on my current house, but the new one is in the wifes name, so all should be fine.

    Now if I can just get some more side work there is a perfect place to wall in a 16 x 7 fishroom for my 180. ;D

    Oh yes, there will be a build thread. going for a seemless inwall setup with a bar ledge and tall barstools that will double as spectator chairs for the pool table if all goes according to the plan. There's even a half bath sharing a wall with the future fishroom. Nice thing about this place is the 2 living rooms + a loft so while I will have all that floor space there will be plenty of room for a normal livingroom
