I hate college finals Most stressful time of the year for me.

Apparently my boss was suprised I even showed up to work today. Simply because of the fact that my car is 0.23 seconds away from spontaneously combusting and I'm car shopping (stress), and I have two finals and a paper tomorrow starting at 8 freakin oclock in the morning and ending at around two (stress stress stress). He called me a good employee for showing up

haha glad I dont have mine and eoct's till the end of the year and only 15% of my grade so no biggie

 

Oh, and all you college people, I highly suggest avoiding taking 19 hours and working 26 hours a week And having a girlfriend. And being heavily involved in the whitewater paddling club. Thankfully two of those things will be over soon once summer comes around, giving me more time for the better 2 things (one of those things gets me money. the other thing is someone to spend that money on )

 

I don't know why everyone stresses so much about finals. I look forward to the end of the semester so I can start a new one.

uhh i know what you guys mean I am supposed to be working on 2 ten page papers right now, one of which is due tomorrow! plus I have 5 finals next week and what am i doing... procrastinating on 3reef!! :laughings

 

My finals are stressful tomorrow because of the style they are. My U.S. History after 1865 class has 3 tests, and one of them is the final. All essays written during the testing time. And those 3 essay format tests make up our grade. that's it. No homework or anything like that. So basically this final is 1/3 of my grade. And it's history essays. Ugh.

The next one is macro economics. In that class we have 2 tests, the midterm and the final. The final counts double the midterm, and those two grades determine our final grade. This test is also all essay.

Can you see the stress now?

 

I thought that was how all college classes are. All of mine have been except for math classes. I actually prefer essay tests to Q and A tests. There's more room for BS there

 

Tell me about it.. I have been at my computer crunching numbers for radiocarbon dating for a take home test since 1:30 pm today.. I am finished for the night, thank goodness.. I need a new office chair, my butt and back hurt from sitting all day.. Time for some wine..
