fire coral?

    i just went to sea world with the family and had to stop at the lfs around the area and found one place that had a fire coral millepora and looking into the coral it doesn't look like much is known... from what the guy said it cant be harvested from the ocean anymore so with that being said does anyone know anything about these... and how do i put a pic on here lol

    you can put a pic on by hitting go advanced and it will give you the option to upload a pic at the bottom.

    That doesn't look like a fire coral to me. I have no id. I'm sure someone will chime in and help you out.
    Did you go to Pet Kingdom or Aquatic Warehouse?

    have you seen the polyps, do they look like little microscopic hairs?

    i dont see any polyps and i know if you touch it it will sting you and leave thorns... i went to san antonio sea world i picked him up for $12 actually he had quite a few frags for really cheap
