Fires!

Well, we've got another fire behind our house. This one is burning where the big fire from 2 years ago burned. I dont think it will give us as much of a scare this time though, not as much vegitation to consume. Helis and fire engines all around. Darn kids and their bottle rockets.

where are ya? prays for you and your fam. this has been a rough month for a lot of the US, fires, floods, wind etc.

They're going off all around me and I don't remember the last time we had rain.

Thanks all. I'm in Southern California up in the high desert. Dry and windy. Last night wasnt too bad, just keeping an eye on things. Seems to have died down during the night.

2 years ago was scary. Helicopters were flying 100 feet over our house and dropping that nasty orange stuff everywhere, the house at the end of our street got pretty singed.
