I just started my first tank and when I bought the live rock I was told it was already cured. Well 2 weeks into my cycle I've started to find bristle worms in my LR and one is even close to 6" long. I've tried to get the little bugger out but no luck. Ran the crevasse he was in under 130 degree water and I'm pretty sure its dead since my emerald crabs keep picking little red specks out of that hole.

This is what a smaller one looks like. Is this harmless or should I re-cure the rock?

Yes looks likes a harmless bristleworm. You can go ahead and use the rock.
