Well this is my first attempt at saltwater and I'm having a blast. Please excuse the bleh pics my phone is my only camera. The lighting on it is only temporary also as I have to build a top for the tank before I can put up my real lights.

    Thanks :)

I've been running freshwater for 3-4 years and the person that got me hooked on freshwater angelfish became severely allergic to the hair algae. So she had to sell off all her freshwater tanks then got into salt. Well a year went by and I had absolutely no interest in salt...then it hit me. She gave me a stellar deal on this tank cause she upgraded to a 210g and didn't need the 55g anymore.

Now I am loosing interest in freshwater and thinking of getting rid of my fresh tank and fish, but will keep my freshwater dwarf shrimp tank up lol.

Welcome to 3reef, keep an eye on that Flame Scallop, it's my understanding they can be quite picky.
