Just placed an order from *Coral Frags for your Reef Tank

Got a Green peace acropora millipora
    Greenpeace Acropora millepora

along with a bunch of other stuff.

My buddy ordered from him a few days ago and said the corals were amazing! and free shipping when you buy 5 frags! Wicked good prices 2!

Anyways, any tips on these? Really know nothing about keeping them. High flow, and good light from what i have read. Figure ill stick in med-high right in front of my mp10. haha

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I have had this piece.

It liked mod to higher flow, in that flow type it shows it's best PE.

Does not need the most intense lighting like a Tortuosa.

Congrats, that is exciting stuff. The Green Peace was one on my favorites, it's a furry little bugger. Likes to eat too, shows a good feeding response.

I know H@rry personally. He is a great guy, and sells amazing frags at great prices. The sizes are good too. Good luck with them.

So i just changed my order, haha, the guy at harrys said a better one for a first acro would be the nathans millie. He said it is hardy and a fast grower.

    ORA Nathan's Green Mille

Looks pretty much the same and same price so i am happy with that!

Yea he seems like a good guy! Quick email responses as well!

I have a mini colony of Nathan's Green. It can get super shaggy and has great coloration. It didnt take off for me initially, but it was just a tiny single stick with no extra branching. But when it did take off, it sprouted very quickly.

Awesome! Deff gonna order more SPS after i get my second light fixture.
But then i will probably need to start dosing, and keep up on my WCs better.

I shouldnt need to dose with only a few sps in a 100g total volume system correct? I do about 5gal wc weekly. Reefcrystals salt.

I think you will be fine with regular water changes for a while, but try to keep the alk and cal stable as possible. The demand is simply not there yet, but I would start looking into some dosing pumps for the near future.
