This is my first attempt at aquascaping. Take a look and give me your honest opinions.

Hi, not bad, now keep in mind, if you are going to have Coral you need places (ledges, etc) to put them on. That scape can work it depends on what is going in. Mine is similar (although I have more rock) and it is always a challenge to find appropriate places for the Coral.

ok yea i was gonna say it feels unfinished.
personally i love the look but i feel you need another stack of rocks to help put the size of the existing stack in perspective.

i would try to make the stack a little smaller and then make a huge on the left and have it extend about halfway behind the existing stack.

i know aquascaping can be madening but its worth it when you get a photo quality tank good luck your off to a good start.

I really like the right side, but the arch and left need a little more organization. Were you planning on leaving that piece on the all the way to the left there? It looks out of place.

Looks great to me, but as previously mentioned you need a place for corals

Aquascaping is one of those artforms that takes time to master. So far it looks like you on the right track. I'd do a google for aquascaping images and you'll find some great visual aids to give you ideas.
