It is a dry heat, yeah right !
This would concern me definitely, a healthy BTA should have attached firmly to the LR already and not be floating or getting blown around at all.

let the btas do what they want, if you force them somewhere they will only spend more energy to move where they want and if you keep bothering them they will die. in regards to the clown hosting them mine took 6 months before they started swimming in my orange bta. for the record i own 4 bta pink, green, red and orange and i love them all. i remember when i first got them i was freaked out constantly when i saw them flabby and mouth open but this is a normal thing they do this often to change the water in their bodies and release waste. one should really only be worried if they see their anemone flat flabby and floating on the sand bed with mouth open. as long as it has a solid grasp on the rock its doing fine and is just getting use to your tank

Congrats on the BTA, I love them I own both a long tentacle and a rose.
Feed them twice a week, I prefer to feed oyster eggs just like my corals but, every once in while give them a piece of fish, shrimp, clam, or scallop. Don't waste your money at the LFS though, get the treat from your grocery store and just cut it up and freeze the rest for later.

I would not worry too much about this since you say it still appears very healthy. You have not had it for very long yet and it may still be trying to establish the best location in the tank for it to get light. While it was moving from one rock to another it very well could have lost its footing. This happened to mine 3-4 days in a row about a month after I got mine. All you need to do is flip back over so its foot has somewhere to attach to.
Give it one to two months to get completely established and do not add any new corals during this time. This is in the case your BTA is uncommon and wants to stay on the top of a rock like my rose, and you aren't placing any corals in a location it wants to be in.

Also be advised, it is not strange or uncommon for BTAs to attach to the bottom of rocks, in fact this is what they prefer. They will disappear in the crevices and under the rocks at night without light and as the light increases in the tank they will extend there body upward and re-expose themselves. While they are in hiding they shrivel up and their tentacles will look pathetic.

Any reason why my BTA won't inflate? It never really inflates, only time it inflates is when I feed it.

Ive had a BTA for awhile now, when i first put it in the tank I basicly cupped around it without touching the nem and basicly held it over top of a rock in my tank that i wanted it to be at just cupping above so the flow couldnt blow it and within 5 mins it attached and has never moved since been 5 months, i usto feed twice a week but my clown recently started hosting around december 20th and now i am feeding once a week, every other week somtimes twice it will shrivvel up and release waste then within an hour it will be perfect again :)
    hope i can help
