I think its time to make an investment in some corals. Thinking mushrooms for the first coral ever in my tank. Opinions?

its 18inches from water level to substrate. PC's okay?

I would like to have mainly richordia(sp-ch) in my tank. ?

You should be OK. I would go with a nice smooth shroom, like a watermelon or blue metallic, rather than a ric. They seem to be more hardy and less light demanding. But it all comes down to the specific species ;) Thought about any zoo's as well?

check out the 3reef sponsors! there is one who's banner I see a lot on here and their stuff is perty Mushrooms are a great choice for first corals! When you do get them, make sure to post some pics!! Out of like 8 ric's I started with, when starting to get corals, I have 1 left. It's huge and has 3 or 4 mouths, so I say quality over quantity
