Ok. My tank has cycled and ive had my cuc in for almost two weeks. I want to add a fish. I was wondering if adding 2 or 3 blue reef chromis would be to much of a bio load? I have heard that adding one fish at a time is best but ive read that these chromis fish should be maintained in a small group. I am also trying to order them from Drs. Foster and Smith, so ordering them at once would be best. I have another tank i could keep a few in too and than add the others a week or so apart. I have heard that the first fish should be the non aggressive ones.

The first fish should be the least aggressive ones. This way if there are territorial problems later on, the peaceful fish already have their spots rather than having to fight for them when the aggressive fish are already in.

Personally, adding the chromis in one group at once is how I would do it.

I agree, you should take it slow. Once your tank has adjusted after a few fish, then you can add the three fish
