    More info needed :)

    Reef/Fish only?
    Tank size?
    How long has the tank been set up?
    Future tank mates?

    Most people start off with clownfish, as they're not too hard to keep and are a nice addition.

    check out liveaquaria's suggestions for beginners. Just make sure to pay close attention on if the fish are reef safe & how large a tank they will need: Beginner Fish: Tropical Fish for Beginners in Saltwater Aquariums

    A few I started with in my 55g reef:

    Ocellaris Clowns
    Banggai Cardinal
    Royal Gramma
    Yellow Tail Damsel (add last don't start with it)
    Flame Angel (reef safe 50/50)
