First Gen RSM lighting. T5 or PC's?

    i have came across a couple of threads (dunno on this site) stating that the first gen red sea max has PC's for lights. i already have a biocube 29 and like it alot but i want another nano so i can have a tank on both sides of my tv. ie the ultimate entertainment center! can someone confirm which lights it has? i want my other nano to be able to have lps and maybe sps corals.

    For a 29 gallon tank, I think you have to go with PCs. T5 bulbs will be too long.
    If you can find lights that will fit, the T5 are very nice. I've used t5 bulbs for a couple of years.

    there are T5's that fit, several manufacturers make them. There is also options like the JBJ Viper K2 which is a clip-on MH with moonlights

    JBJ makes hoods that fit many different types of "nano"ish tanks... try looking there
