I started messing around with the manual settings last night. Its a decent amount of technical stuff to pick up on but WOW DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. The picture quality is noticabley clearer. I would highly recommend giving the manual stuff a shot Aquariaman.

Is the frag tank in the garage? How is it maintaining the temp? I'm considering doing the same. Thanks for sharing!

The tank is actually in my basement. I use 300 watt and 200 watt heaters to heat the tank and I have had no problems with it so far. Ive seen people set up frag tanks in their garages though.

Heres the thread for my frag system build. Its pretty far from finished and needs to be updated. But Ill get on that soon. :)

Just thought Id share a couple more shots I took with the newish camera. I havent gotten much better shooting aquarium stuff because of the white balance, but here are some miscellaneous shots I have taken recently.

These were all taken either at or near an island near my house. (I live on a lake.) Post some pictures 3reefers! I know we have a couple really good photographers on here. Im still a noob with this camera, but I love it!

Thanks. Not yet, Im still just using the 18-55 mm and the 55-200 telephoto lenses. I really want to pick up a macro lens in the future though. That and a wide angle lens.
