    Welcome to 3reef.

    How big is the tank?

Please list current parameters ammonia, nitrates, nitrites.....

    What are you feeding?

That sounds like a lot of bio-load for a 2 month old tank. I am guessing that new tank syndrome is causing stress allowing the parasite to take hold.

Try some garlic or Selcon, marine foods meant for Angels. Monitor water parameters, reduce any stress.

I doubt the pureguard is doing anything JM2C.

    Welcome to 3reef.com

Pretty heavy stock list for such a new tank. How did you cycle it? how big is the tank?

How long ago did you place the fish into the tank? all at once or one at at time?

You really shouldn't have that many tangs in such a short tank and its stressing them. My suggestion please sell or give away 2 of those tangs or upgrade to 100+ 6'-9' tank if you would like to keep that many tangs. As for treatment try feeding them more food with more garlic in it and your water test are good what is everything as so we can help?

    Your:
    SG
    nitrates
    nitrites
    phosphates

what kind of water do you use?
