    Well, my friend was passing by a street and there was a new LFS .. I went by to check them out and I saw this for 15bucks. So I couldnt resist.

    It took a long time to glue it down. I kinda push it on the epoxy a little so I'm sure that part will die off but I got it to stick in a good spot.

    What do you guys think?

    congrats on the addition, good choice for 1st sps IME

    I have fragged a few of these corals and M Confusa
    and I just shove them into the ball of putty and they encrust over the putty and then over adjascent surfaces

    so you did the above fine IME

    My Monti Cap gets about 1/16" every 2 weeks so you should be fine! You may want to move that torch or it'll get shaded at that rate.

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Great deal on the frag, it should grow in nicely there.

    That's a GBTA,
    I'm sure it will move if it needs to. ;)

    I hope it does grow that fast in my tank.. I need to get new test kits and start the dosing :p

    I'm so happy that this is a good starter coral because it is one of my favorites!
