I have seen lots of stellar videos that have been made and edited of reef tanks.

Looking for a tip on a video cam that has good value. Do not want to spend big $$$ on one. Any suggestions?

Also any good suggestions on editing software?

    Nice Video

    Hello tatted4ever,
Your video is nice. I do not really see any problem with your camera. The video quality is pretty good and the video is not grainy or blurry, it is good. I really like the aquascaping of your fish tank, it is cool and I like the fish you have your tank stocked with.

    You are welcome!

    Hi tatted4ever,
Wow! Great quality for a point and shoot camera by the way. I know, I would like to have a camera that shoots video and photos like a professional too to make some great videos and also to take magazine quality photographs. Ah, people can dream can't they? Hmm, a good video camera that I know of is the Sony Handycam HD Camcorder or the Polaroid Easy-Grip HD Camcorder. It has a pretty good rating and I have tried it out myself. If you want to pick your own by trying it out before buying it, you can go to a store that sells cameras and try the floor samples. Usually, stores like Best Buy and Target allow you to do that. That way, you can see what camera suits your needs best and if the quality and features are what you are looking for.

Great video! Very nice tank too!
I would suggest the HD Flip Camcorder. It is great quality, it can fit in your pocket, and it has its own USB drive built into it! Google it to get more details...I have one and it is really great! Hope I could help :)

I have the flip hd also... Comes with a pretty decent editing program. I use premier elements for editing my videos, though.
