fish and starfish stuck in back of nano cube

    I opened up my 14 gallon nano cube today and my firefish jumped into the back compartment where the pump is. I pulled the pump out, but it is hiding back where there is a blue sponge. I can't seem to get it. Any suggestions? This is my second firefish. I think the first one did the same thing and died. This fish is the one my son chose and we had to replace it once already. Please help.

    Grab a flash light and do your best to catch it with your hand gently. Look into buying a fish saver to prevent it from happening again.

    After hours of messing with the durn thing and taking out everything from the back, as with the nano cubes there are ways that the fish can travel across the three areas, the durn fish actually jumped up a few times almost falling out of the tank, once hitting my glasses and then finally jumped up and back into the tank. On Monday i will be checking to see if my LFS has any sort of fish saver for nano cubes.

    Sadly they don't make them as far as I know. You can make one out of egg crate though.

    Yeah I was looking on intank and it doesn't look like they make anything for the 14g nanocube.:(
