So someone took a bite of mt small Hector Goby. Pretty good chunck right behind the dorsal fin.

It has been a week and still acts normal and eats fine.

Does this type of wound grow back ?
Who is the culprit ? Brittle star ? or CBS ?
Not one of the fish I suspect.

    Cheers

Coral Banded Shrimp is my guess, unless your brittle star is of the green serpent variety.

Most likely CBS they can be really aggressive, the brittle stars that eat fish don't bite, they eat it whole. Btw I have a green brittle star that has never even attempted to eat a fish.
