I have recently started a new salt tank and it's fairly small so I put a juvenile black damsel and a little later a scooter blenny. I got the damsel for free because he was a bully in his other tank and I figured he would leave the blenny alone considering it hangs out on the bottom the majority of the time. Well, i just started noticing over the last few days that the damsel is bullying the blenny, especially in one certain area of the tank. I've never had this issue with any other fish so I'm not sure what to do. Should I just rehome the damsel or is there a way to fix this?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
The Damsel should be re-homed as it will continue to show aggression to the Blenny as well as any other fish introduced to the tank.

The only way to fix it is rehome the damsel. Plenty of free swimming space and lots of hiding places usually will curb the aggression, but there's never any guarantee.

EDIT: Corailline posted while I was typing. lol. What she said... ;)

Congrats on the new tank! I agree though, if you want your tank do do well and be diverse, stay away from the devilfish ;D
