    ok how about a 40 gallon breeder which is 48x12x12.
    id rather not have a 4 foot long tank due to space restrictions but what size tank do you recommend?

    i think i might find a new base so i could et a different size/shape aquarium. does the 40 breeder sound decent? it measures 36x16x19. i already stated that but im not sure on what you guys think about it.

    harrison, the 40 breeder is a GREAT tank! But IMO I'd just save ya the hassle and buy a 220g, tho hobby is addicting. But the 40 breeder is kinda a perfect small setup.
