    Did you buy them!?
Also, if you want something to eat your corals you can have my Muelleri butterfly. It decided the other night that it likes coral :'(
Now I have to teach it that corals are its friend, not its food.

I did not. However, that Blue Striped Tamarin Wrasse that was only $500 due to some deformity on it's mouth... ::)

OSFF are super great fish...we've had ours for over 3 1/2 years (weaned from scratch, which is about the most difficult thing we've done in the hobby).

Ours never took to any type of ova, but loves NLS pellets, frozen mysis, BS+, shaved salmon flesh, etc.

We're not reefers, so I can't speak to any interaction with corals, but the tank has lots of live macro for pod-hunting thruout the day. We DID use browned-out acros (fortunately, we had a cheap source) to help get them eating, and smeared gelled food of various types into a dead coral skeleton to entice them to pick at it while they were being weaned.

OSFF are one of the two fish we have that aren't venomous, and they're Renee's "babies".

Thanks Greg. I had remembered you guys having a pair, and talked with Renee yesterday. I did not buy them, but will buy a single male in the future.

To those of you wondering if I bought the Anampses femininus female last night (Trent, Hunter), the short answer is 'no'. I had it in the cart, and was in the checkout process when it sold before I could finish. Had I known before it went on sale that it would have been reduced to half normal price, I would be awaiting its arrival. :( Ho hum, next time. That fish is on my list for this tank though...among other "uncommon" species.

Yeah, I saw it on the preview as "blemish", which had my attention. I was refreshing the page, and was stunned at the price when it popped up. I couldn't decide for a moment, and then it was too late for me as well. I couldn't see anything wrong in the picture, however if it's mouth was truly messed up, then that's a tamarin neither of us really want. But it was suuuuuure tempting at $500... (although I suspect the price on these is due to be reduced again soon, seeing as though they've become more available).

    PM'ing you.

The blemish was on the upper lip. It looked bent in or missing vs the beak look that they have. It looked healed over however.

Hunter...as long as people buy it for $1000 in less than a minute, sadly, the price will not drop. I wish it would. DD seems to get some fish in cycles...last year they had a couple weeks on a row with the feminius...and now the last couple as well. I was logged in, but did not have a CC on file. I do now. ;)
