i have 3 mean damsels im trying to make nicer. so im doing a little experiment with their food . i was feeding frozen meaty foods but now im going vegetarian. its been a week and i ca already notice a difference they are much calmer. not as much going after each other. ill keep you guys posted mabe this could help some of use in the future :). any opinions on this?

in a week i will begin to feed meaty foods once a week so they get the nutrients they need.

Do you have any other fish in the tank? I hope not because fish needs variety of diet to keep their strong defense system and disease could hit if they are weak.

They need protein. If your food has a high content of spirulina, then that has a lot of protein
