fish food affects on fish

i am feeding a combination of nori (purple,brown,green),sperulina pellets ,super veggi flakes.

 

final update on this:

the damsels were very responsive to the vegi diet and were doing very good on it.they were alot less aggressive twards each other on the veggi diet ..sadly the tank crashed and they are all dead now but i dont think their deaths were related to diet in anyway.i highly recommend this to anyone with agressive fish they would like to make less aggressive. also note i will be attempting this on my gf thingamabobs damsel tank at her house soon.
