a pistol / goby would be a fine choice, i personally like yellow watchman gobys. adds alot of color to your tank. make your your live rock is settled down bellow your sand, because they will build a burrow to share and could cause a shift if your liverock is not properly secured.

i would stay away from maroon clowns or yellow tangs for a 29g, they will outgrow it.

So a friend of mine had 5 month old true percula clowns for sale and I picked up two and as soon as I put them in my new cleaner shrimp who wouldnt come out from hiding is out and about everywhere. He became very happy.

He's trying to clean the clowns; that's why he's out and likely always near them.

The clowns likely aren't responding to it; I don't think they get cleaned often, if at all, in the wild, so they're not used to that.

Yea they are just kind of swimming away. They seem scared bc they just got into the tank. What fish are good for him to clean?

I don't know any fish well enough to go "that fish likes to get cleaned" - that can live in a 29 BC, at least.

They'll likely always react like that to a cleaner shrimp. I've seen my Canary Blenny, Banggai Cardinal and pair of Percs all run away when the cleaner walks up to them.

    Haha. You sound like Craftkid.....

I would have a pair of clowns. Maybe black and white.
    Maybe a firefish?
    Clown goby?
    Sixline wrasse?
    Hmmm....
    Rainsford or hectors goby?
Check out liveaquaria, their tank requirements seem to usually be pretty accurate. They actually have a whole nano catagory.
