There isn't the slightest chance in the hottest places that you're going to keep a Mandarin in the 2g.

Dude you are stubborn. ITS NOT HEALTHY FOR A TANG TO BE IN A TANK LESS THAN 75g.
I'm sorry for your fish and I can honestly say you shouldt be in this hobby with that attitude..
Good luck with your fish.. I'm out.

it appears you ask questions and then do not like the answers you get so you keep asking! I had a 135g tank and didnt have half the fish in my tank that you have in your 30g.

You are going to do it no matter what others tell you, so just do it. But dont ask for opinions then not listen to them.

People dont understand that just because the fish "look ok" and the water is ok that it is alright! What people dont think about is that it is taking years off the life of the fish, and is just not healthy for the animals!

but again, you have full intention on overstocking your tanks, hence the name......just dont expect many supportors on this forum.

A coral banded shrimp's sweepers, when fully grown, can be more than a foot across.

Why not just buy 10g tank? I just bought one new at petsmart for like $12. Then you could keep a small fish without making its life completely miserable.

Enough bashing. It has been said and read.

Scott W. Michael recommends a Mandarin Dotty back or Jennifer Fish.

I put a small Royal Dotty Back in my little Pico. Didn't like the clown goby either, just boring.

Exactly, answer his question and move on. Everyone keeps their tank how they want it. You all need to relax and give the kid a break.
