Fish Forums in different languages or countries?

Hi guys. I'm wondering if anyone knows how I might find some good online fish forums in other languages? I currently live in Los Angeles but will be moving to the San Francisco bay area in a few months to finish school. I'll be taking my 20gallon nano but will be leaving behind my cichlid tank. My pops is retired so I figure I'll let him take care of my fish for the next few years. English isn't his first language nor does he know much about fish besides feeding them(we used to have a huge koi pond at a previous house). It would be nice if I could get him to frequent an online fish forum so he could be more familiar with fish keeping, such as illnesses and water chemistry etc. Any ideas would be much appreciated =]

There are reef forums in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, and both of these do operate in traditional Chinese characters

the Hong Kong one is PH7 I believe
