You'll need a 300 gallon or larger tank. Bat fish should be species only Imo as they are very delicate however I think those two tank mates may work out.

FWIW, a friend of ours had a 300 gallon tank and kept two batfish with some beautiful larger species angel fish. He kept them for quite some time. It made for a stunning tank. You can look up recommended tank sizes on liveaquaria for a variety of fish.

You should also realize that assuming it lives (they can be touchy), Platax pinnatus loses that pretty juvenile coloration and becomes a big, dull-looking fish with shortish fins. Look up some photos and see if the adult phase appeals to you.
