I am thinking of a 55g display tank with a 20-30G sump, but before jumping and deciding all my equipment and what not i want to make sure i can hold these fish properly. Also I'm starting as a FOWLR tank but will likely go for corals and what not later on.

    I want
    2x Ocellaris Clownfish
    2x Australian Black Percula
    1x Purple dottyback
    1x sunrise dottyback

I also want a some cleaners of some sort but not sure what i want in that department. Any help would be appreciated.

I would not get 2 seperate pairs of clowns. It can work in larger tanks, but this one is just too small. Dottybacks are known to be very agressive, i would definitly avoid those.

I would agree with the comment about the clowns, they are territorial and will fight with each other.

As for the dottybacks, they are not aggressive except with their own type. AKA- you shouldn't have two of them in the same tank (at least at a 55g)

I would say get which ever pair of clowns you prefer and which ever dottyback you like better, but do not get both of either category.

I'd get an orange and a black clown, mine paired up, and one of the dotty backs.

Then look at the dwarf angels maybe, although they may nip at corals. A wrasse is an AWESOME fish too, look into the reef safe flasher wrasses, but make sure ya have a good mesh top for your tank, because they jump.

Also, that font color is PAINFUL on the eyes;)

black percula clownfish don't exist. The two pairs of clowns and the dottybacks will literally start ripping each other apart.
Look into firefish, royal grammas, gobies, and blennies.

Wow thats the first time I have ever heard that. While I agree they are aggresive to other Dotty's these fish are very aggresive to other fish as well. Some more then others but even the "semi aggresive " types can be bullies.

Vinny is right on - some are not bad, many are sort of like the second grade bully. They back down from the big bad boys, but pick on smaller guys they don't like.

If you like the purple dottyback, get a Orchid Dottyback, Fridimani Psuedochromis. These look similar but hve a small black line through the eye. Also they are pretty docile. I have been keeping a orchid dotty in my tanks for 12 years and never had an issue.

A sunrise dottyback will kill everything. I also do not recomend different groups of clowns.
