Fish name I will describe

    I think this is the best place to post this. I was at my LFS and they have a reef tank in the front of their store (Not for sale). There was a wrasse in there that I liked a lot and the guy at the store said they are hard to get.

    Can someone tell me the name of this fish because I forgot what he said.

    It sounded like pig-me or something like that.

    no it was a bright gray color

    Now that I knew how to spell pygmy i looked it up. The one I saw was gray but here is what it looks like.

    The store said they are extremely hard to get.

    another name for it is a banded possum wrasse

    I saw that one while searching passed it up cause i was thinking gray.

    Sounds almost like a mystery wrasse which comes in a few colors, i was just looking at a pair at the LFS, $250 each :-/
