I am about to start stocking my 55 gallon.
I am wanting a pair of black and white clowns I also am thinking about getting a mandarin goby later on.
I would like a couple more fish that are:
    1. coral and invert safe
    2. non jumpers as I don't have a lid on my tank
    3. non poisonious, I don't like things that sting

    any suggestions?

some awesome looking wrasses , flame angel, or coral beauty. all nice fish. and i havent had any probs with the angels nipping corals. but as always all fish are different. tangs would get too big for your tank.

Well the problem I run in with Tangs is that I only have a 55 gallon and most of them need larger tanks.
I would LOVE to have a powder brown.

I've got a mimic lemon-peel in my 80 gal, very interesting and fun to watch, always weaving in and out of live rock, and constantly picking algae off everything.

a powder brown would be fine as a juvenile, but he would eventually outgrow the tank. tangs, imo, need at least 75 gallons.
