I have a 25gal high tank, so far I have 2 false perc's and a yellow tang and not to forget my LTA which is going well with the clowns. I want to ad a cleaner wrasse and a shrimp would that be to much. my filter is a fluval250 canister

You already have too much. A yellow tang is a very poor choice of fish to go in a 25 gallon tank. It needs a 6 foor tank and its in a 2 foot tank :(

Yep.. I agree. You could do the wrasse once you get rid of the tang, but make sure your tank is reestablished before adding it. Make sure your lta is happy before adding it also, in that narrow of a chance, there is a good chance of a clumsy fish getting eaten by an annoyed anemone.

Don't get a cleaner wrasse, they are meant to be on the reef. The tang is too large for this tank. I recommend getting a royal gramma.

Sorry, was thinking of a different fish, not cleaner wrasse.

Cleaner wrasse eat parasites off the fish in the tank and are relatively short lived, even in the reef. On liveaquaria they say 50gal minimum. You won't be able to keep this one alive, sorry :( they are really cool though.

thanks for all the advise, I will certainly take it to heart, as for the tang I can easily trade it back to the reef shop

Then i would trade it back before it gets ich, becomes agressive, or its growth is stunted. Once you do that i will make fish suggestions..

A cleaner wrasse will wither away and slowly die in your tank; plain and simple I'm afraid.

You will all be pleased that I returned my tang (unharrmed) back to the reef store. I picked up some more live rock and a pared set of clownfish. Looking forward to breedig them.
