Fish seem happier with skimmer off

    I know the feeling. I set up my discharge pipes with filter socks when I first started my tank because my skimmer was producing so many bubbles it would drive me absolutely nuts. My skimmer has since broke in and I now have next to no bubbles in my DT and have removed the socks. Hopefully there will be a cure for your bubbles eventually so you can remove the filter socks.

    yea, lol now i can't wait until i get a filter sock. My skimmer has been broken in for a while now, and the microbubbles really do drive you insane, especially when i feed my skimmer goes crazy with bubbles!

    ugh skimmer is back on and working and is now pumping out a million microbubbles and i can tell the fish arent happy.
