No. Gobies (certain ones) pair with shrimp.

I'm on my phone so I may be mistaken, and I'm sorry if I am, but is that cyano all over the sandbed? If so I would get the system running properly before worrying about another fish.

Not sure, is cyano just the brown stuff that gets on your sand? If it is. Could overfeeding be the cause? Iv seen some people say they feed three times a week and it confuses me because iv been told to feed 3 times a day

Hard to tell with your lighting but...if that stuff on your SB is brownish rusty color then it most likely is diatoms. Part of a new tank syndrome, and will fade with time. Feeding has nothing to do with them. As soon as the Silicates are used up, it goes away :)

If it's red then its most likely cynobacteria. Gently syphon it out. Add more flow to the areas affected. You can add a chemical phosphate removing media (Chemipure Elite) that would help in removing phosphates/nitrates.

As for fish ( love this part the best) Yellow Rose Prawn Goby with a Randalls Pistol Shrimp!! I love mine :)

Well the tank has been up for over 4 months so i don't know if its diatoms or cyano. And I was thinking that maybe a pistol shrimp isn't a good idea because my sand is sugar fine

it really depends, in some of my tanks i dont have much so its hardly noticeable, but on some other tanks they last a long time. its not bad for the tank, no need to fret.
