I was wondering if anyone can provide me some suggestion on what other fish I can get into my tank. It is sort of a fish only tank with one single frogspawn coral. Have a Yellow tang, nigger trigger, two clowns, a cleaner, six lane wrasse. Last night my goby jumped out of the tank and became history .. :(

I tried a copperband before but the yellow tang kept bugging the hell out of him and wouldn't let him swim in peace so I had to return him

    thanks for your help

that's a pretty hefty stock list... what size tank do you have?

...also you may want to check your spelling of "Niger Trigger" as those words have very different meanings, though I'm sure it's an honest mistake. ;)

Oops ... sorry .. English is not my main language. It is a 55. they are pretty small, I know the tank size is small for them but I plan to upgrade when they get bigger.

Just wanted to know what other options I have with this list.

    Thanks
    yojen.

I agree that's a heavy fishstock, def depends on what size tank. The trigger, tang, & wrasse may harrass any new tankmates unless they are big enough or mean enough to hold their own. Copperbands are very peaceful so if the Tang is the dominant fish of the tank it's easy to see why it harrassed him.

Once we have the tank size it'll be easier to suggest something that will work. +1 on the "edit spelling" :)

for a 55g I wouldn't add anymore fish, if it were me I would sell/return the trigger and maybe find another fish that can comfortably fit a 55g at adult size. The yellow Tang if small can live in a tank that size for a bit, but you'll want to think about moving it when it gets larger as aggresion will most likely rear it's head if it feels cramped. I have a 55g reef and have a good # of nice smaller fish that are in there.

Look into a nice dwarf angel (Flame, Potters), Royal Gramma, Banggai Cardinal.

I wouldn't get another wrasse though as the 6-line will most likely try to kill it.

Actually the trigger seems to be fine. The tang seems to be the aggresive one. I'll try to exchange it with the place I got it from and hopefully they take him.
