You can use one of these.

Or contact your LFS, most of them rent these fish traps instead of buying one.

This worked for me just now (attached photo). I added some sand and food to the bottom. I had the fish net on the inside ready to cover the top of the bottle on first spot. Once they are deep enough you can catch them if you are quick. Caught two yellow tail damsils this way. They were picking away at the new Royal Gramma I added. I have had enough with the guys.

    Get creative.

When I am low on resources and need a fish out- I usually use a clean (of course) 2L soda bottle. Cut the neck off, take the cap off. Mount it using silicone so that the top of the bottle is inside the bottle itself. Add some frozen food and put it in the tank.

If this fish is small enough-
It will swim in, and hopefully won't figure out how to swim out by the time you pull the trap out.

+1 inverted soda bottle trick always works if you are patient enough. It doesn't discriminate though. you can always flush the fish from its hiding spot with your left hand corner it by waving your hand in front of it and swopping it up with the net.
