Don't get too many at once, maybe I read wrong. After you add in the last fish you want in your tank, wait another month for your system natural filtration system to adjust before you get any coral. I'm assuming you have adequate lighting to house corals?

How big is your tank? 150W HQI is good for about a 50G tank that's about 20" deep, and even that is on the borderline of not enough, if you want hard corals, carpets or croceas. On my 150G, I have a 250W MH with 130W of CF actinics and that is only for FOWLR. I would have to add another 250W MH if I wanted to have corals in that tank. The Sunpod a nice fixture though. Unless you have a small or shallow tank, I would stick with softies to be on the safe side. :)

I cycled with a pair of Osc clowns. They survived and are doing well.

I think you've kept up with my history marc. I recently added a Royal Gramma. So I've got three fishies now.

I love the Gramma's personality. Very neat fish. Mine isn't aggressive at all (for now).

EDIT: I think your lighting is fine. You're only running 24 gallons or so

Yeah you're lights are perfect for your setup, you could essentially house anything. I also "cycled" with a pair of clowns (didn't really have a full cycle...lucky me :D) and they're doing great. They are a hoot to watch. They're hobby is poking at Nassarius snails that try to climb up the back glass...just nassarius. And they are PIGS. this seems to be a trend in clowns...

My pistol shrimp, on the other hand, is a complete bulldozer.

So if I get the clowns first they will attack the future inhabitants??
