    HI
    I have a total of eight tanks in my house! Two are turtles, two are cichlids 15 and 25 gallons (they keep having babies so I keep adding tanks). A 15 gallon goldfish tank. I have a tetra tank 20 gallon. A biocube small tank with live rock and two damsels. I have a custom designed 50 gallon reef tank that is built into my living room wall (my son built it for me during a visit!) Despite all of these tanks, I don't know much about building up a reef tank! So, I've joined this site to hopefully learn more.

    My reef tank has live sand and rock with a few mushroom corals, 4 damsels, 2 clownfish, a serpent starfish and several snails. I've had a lot of trouble trying to keep corals alive. I'm not sure if it is my water quality or lighting. So I just installed a RO system with an auto top-off into my sump. I'll give that some time and then try changing up the lighting. I just have High Output lighting and the tank is pretty deep.

    Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning from all of you experts out there!:)

    1. Pictures?
    2. Water parameters?

    OH, and welcome to 3reef! I'm new myself but I have learned a lot in a short amount of time.
