    what about the filtration? is the hang on the back skimmer and filter enough?
    do i need a sump?

    what about filtration needs? can a sumpless 30 gallon be trusted to a beginner?

    what are ways that i can make sure the water i do water changes with and the water in the tank are the same? i have a freshwater master test kit (it may be for salt also).

    what things are absolutely necessary to test for?
