flame angels have a better chance to not eat corals. if you want a angel then your best bet is to try a potters angel. they are the least inclined to eat you corals of ALL the angels. BUT every angels has its own attitude so there is no 100% no coral eating angel.

Both may eat coral. Flames are generally hardier and can fit in a smaller tank. Korans can be finicky, probably will pick at corals and get to a decent size, even most Juv's you will come across will be a decent size.
Assuming its going in your 180, You could have both. However to support a Koran it needs to be a mature tank to support their grazing style. :)

PS you know you have two threads for this right ?

A coral beauty would actually be one of the better one's to try out IMO. They have more success stories than others, but like I said earlier, each fish has their own personality.

Wonder if kc is going to read this now. They are really pretty kc. :)

I, myself used to have a Flame Angel and he nipped at the corals... and only heard bad stuff about the Korean for reefs. So I would stay away from both. But your call!

    I heard my name!!! :)

There are a few angels that are reef safe. Here are some on Live Aquaria's website: Angelfish for Sale: Saltwater Angelfish for the Home Aquarium

there are some dwarfs that are known for being more well behaved with corals, two of those are the flame and coral beauty....but each fish is different and there is no guarantee!
