I really want a flame angel, bu I have 3 clams and plan on getting one or two more. What is every bodies experiences when mixing the two? What about flames and really fleshy LPS corals?

its pretty hit or miss. in general if you keep them well fed they leave coral alone, but IME sometimes no matter what you do they're gonna go for the corals. all depends on the fish itself

Yea, I want to see how many people have had good experiences and figure out if it is worth trying.

ive had a flame, and coral beauty now for about a year. ive got a crocea and numerous lps. neither has gone after anything. no nippings or nothing. but you obviously know, they do come with caution. good luck xmetal.

I've had a pygmy angel for close to a month now and I've never seen him taste any of my corals. I know it hasn't been a long time, but just voicing my experience. I make sure to keep him well fed!
